Sustainability is integrated into all our activities wherever possible.
It serves as a guiding principle whenever it is practical to do so. We consider environmental and social aspects in our daily operations, our mobility practices, office organisation, collaboration with partners, and the execution of our projects. Our employees are encouraged and supported in developing an awareness of responsible and resource-efficient behaviour.
Our sustainability initiatives include, among others:
- Environmentally friendly mobility: Employees can plan their business travel via our platform and make flexible use of rail connections, helping to reduce CO₂ emissions.
- Remote work and digital collaboration: Mobile working and virtual meetings help minimise business travel.
- Paperless working and digital processes: Digital records and document management systems promote the efficient use of resources.
- Efficient use of materials: By consolidating orders and using office supplies and consumables responsibly, we encourage the careful use of resources.
- Sustainable partnerships: Wherever appropriate, sustainability considerations are incorporated into our collaboration with suppliers and service providers.
- Sustainable IT infrastructure: Hardware and software are selected with due consideration for energy efficiency, durability, and environmental compatibility.
We support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations provide a global framework for achieving sustainable development by 2030.
